- The highest management authority of the Institute is the Management board, which determines the activities and business operations of the Institute. The Management board is composed of representatives of the founder, representatives of Institute employees and representatives of users of stakeholders. The Institute is presented and represented by the Institute director. The work of the departments is administered by department heads.

- The research at the Institute is performed by different research departments. Each of them consists of scientists and researchers that work on the problems from the scientific fields mentioned in their descriptions.
