The Fifth Linear Algebra Workshop will be held at Hotel Kompas and Hotel Larix, Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, May 27 – June 5, 2008.
The main theme of the workshop will be the interplay between operator theory and algebra. The workshop will follow our usual format. A few hours of talks will be scheduled for the morning sessions, while afternoons will be reserved for work in smaller groups.
Saturday morning will be dedicated to honor Professor Ivan Vidav in celebration of his 90th birthday.
